Lucky draw – Follow us on TURTLE Instagram and have a chance to win €100.

By participating in the lucky draw ("draw"), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Entry Period
The Draw is open from 02.07.2025 to 31.07.2025.

  1. Eligibility
    Participation is open exclusively to seafarers registered on the TURTLE platform. Only one entry per participant is permitted.

  2. How to Enter
    To enter the Draw, participants must follow TURTLE’s official Instagram account (@turtle_maritime_matchmaking) during the entry period. All registered seafarers on the platform who follow TURTLE on Instagram during this time will be eligible for the Draw.

  3. Selection and Verification of Winner
    After the entry period ends, one winner will be randomly selected from users who followed the @turtle_maritime_matchmaking Instagram account during the campaign period. The selected individual will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message and asked to confirm their registration with TURTLE by providing their email address.

    – If the selected person does not respond within 5 calendar days or is not a registered TURTLE user, another winner will be drawn following the same process.

  4. Prize
    The winner will receive €100, transferred to a bank or money transfer account of their choice. Any taxes, customs charges, or other expenses incurred as a result of winning the Draw are the sole responsibility of the participant.

  5. Data Protection
    The transmission of your data is primarily for the purpose of updating your data stored with us on the basis of our contractual relationship with you. The legal basis for updating your data is Art. 6 par. 1 b) GDPR due to the existing contractual relationship. In addition, if you meet the conditions for participation, you consent to the processing of your name and e-mail address within the scope of our competition pursuant to art. 6 (1) a) GDPR if you submit your data during the participation period. If you do not wish to participate in our drawing, you can indicate this directly when submitting your data. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. There will be no further processing or passing on of the data collected from you as part of the drawing.

  6. Final Provisions
    By participating in the Draw, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
